IMPORTANT SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

All plant orders are shipped Federal Express where available.
Beautiful Orchids reserves the right to use various carriers, if necessary, at our discretion. These could include the US Postal Service or United Parcel Service. All orders of "Plant Only" orchids are shipped with a standard whicker basket of our choice, not shown in our online catalog, FREE of charge. For premium basket and other containers such as orchid pots and porcelain cachepots view our accessories or choose from our drop down menu selections. We recommend all freshly cut orchids and other exotic flowers be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight for guaranteed freshness. There will be an additional charge on all Overnight Priority. All potted and cut flower orders placed after 12:00 Noon (Pacific Standard Time) from Tuesday through Saturday, will not be shipped until the following business day. Federal Express do not have service on Sunday. Beautiful Orchids do not ship potted and cut flowers on Saturday for Monday delivery. This is to ensure that our flowers arrive on your doorstep at their absolute freshest - we don't want them to sit in a mail facility over the weekend. Flowers that are scheduled for Saturday delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges. Beautiful Orchids.com can fill orders within the United States only. All potted orchids are grown, inspected, and packed in the state of California. All others are shipped to and inspected at the Port of San Francisco.
